^Isn't the point of this thread kinda obvious? I'm trying to see what the market value of the S2000 would be this coming year. (potential buyer) I don't know, I though the point of this thread was pretty clear.

 

So if I understand properly, you want to know what a used '04 S2000 will cost in June 2005?

Your best bet is to look at what a used '03 S2000 costs right now.

I believe it's mid to high $20k's.

if you're constantly watching the depreciation on your cars, do NOT buy a 04. You'll be crying. Buying a 00-01 is your best bet as they will depreciate a LOT less.

 

its in the last year of production? haha, thats like the time I went to best buy to get a PS2 when it had just come out in 2000. It was right after christmas and the guy told me that the PS3 was going to come out the following year so I should buy the warranty and get a PS3 for free in just 10 months. hahahah. sales people...

 

the point is, should i invest in the s2k? buy now and sell later or wait. Just buy a house if you want to make a profit. Don't invest in cars.

 

My guess is that if you were to buy one today, any model year, you would wreck it within the one year. Then, what will it be worth?

 

No im not looking to invest in one. I just WANT one! I was just curious if any of you could chime in as to what you think the older s2000's will go for next year. (00-02)
