If you want to be like, hey look at all my scratches get black.
If you want to be like hey look how perfect my paint looks get yellow.
I detail cars and i will never purchase another black car. First car was black, never again to say the least.

I think the S2K is a great looking car in any color and the paint quality is more important to me than the color. I chose yellow -- but sometimes people assume that you are going out of your way to attract attention -- and that's annoying.

For the record, a spa yellow s2k was displayed on a spinning carousel at the San Jose Auto Show a few weeks ago.

The only reason they display cars in yellow or any bright color is so you can see all the lines. Not to mention the brighter color attracts more attention.

Yellow...Flashy, attracts attention (from cops too), hides swirl and fine scratches well
Black...The ultimate statment of "WOW that's a beautiful car", just be prepared to invest more effort than any other color to keep it that way

I think you should ask yourself which color you like more. The first color to come to your mind is the one you should get. Don't try to rationalize anything. Get whatever one turns you on. That'll make you feel good.

Spa is a yellow car first, an S2000 second. It's easily the best looking yellow car on the road, but still, when you first see it in the distance (and BOY, can you ever see it in the distance) your first thought is "Wow, that is one yellow car."

Berlina is an S2000 first, and color doesn't really enter into it. In my opinion, black and the silvers really let you see the lines of the car best. It's also the better color for showing off your leet Zaino skills.

Rio is great if you like driving a pumpkin.
