So I've always wanted a yellow s2000. For some reason yellow is just sooo sexy. A friend of mine told me that only in Japan they had yellow s2000 with red interior as a factory set up. I have a black one with all red and I'm wanting to paint it. Anybody even seen a yellow s with all red and what are opinions with how that would look?

Mine is Rio Yellow/black and I really like it. I don't think I'd go for the Yellow/black combination.

My daughter's is Spa Yellow/black - I like that too

 

rio with cr interior would look really nice.

 

those 2 colors clash and will be a bad choice but it is your car.

 

I think you'd be better off buying a yellow S and the components of the red interior and just install them, or paint the car imola orange with an all red interior. I've seen that color combination and it is really sexy.

Real Imola with red interior looks really good. I saw it on only one Japanese S, never since, wish I had a photo. This is the closest I can find.

Much better than yellow/red, but if that's your thing, it can be done.

 

Definitely a nasty color combo IMO, and just not meant to be.
