Default Yet another theft

Last night was the first time my vehicle has been broken into. It wasn't even my S2k, so if that's all you care about, you can stop reading. On the one night I leave my car outside... figures. The idiot stole the XM Radio, stripped the antenna wire (it's a pain to re-route) and left the $500 in dash receiver. He deserves a Darwin Award. Plus after I reported it stolen, the XM unit cannot be re-activated. So he walked away with nothing. AAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGHHHHH! On the other hand XM hooks it up for people who got their radios stolen, so I give them a

Or at least he was a first-timer... the alarm was going off and he didn't disable it, but it was also a BMW with central door locks--meaning that if the car is locked from the outside, you can't unlock it with the interior buttons. Even if you break the window you can't open the door. Or the trunk. I'd imagine it is a major pain to try to rip out a stereo when you're leaning in through the window.
