Your opinion on the spring rates for the new tein flex...
Just spoke with gruppe-s concerning some coilovers...
Tein RA 10/10
Tein Flex 10/12...gruppe-s confirmed spring rates...
I was looking at the RAs but they mentioned the flexs. What do you guys think about the stiffer rates in back for the flexs? This would increase oversteer in a car that already tends to oversteer. Would this be balanced out with a big front sway bar? Looking for track opinions.
thanks
chris

I just emailed Tein's sales department asking them about the Flex and the RA series because i was considering upgrading my Tein Cs to one of these coilovers. They just pretty much said it was due to the valving, but here is their response to my inquiry...
[QUOTE]Yes, the Type FLEX is due to be released very shortly and this set up will give you a more excusive track set up as compared to the Type CS.

I wanted the Type Flex for mine but I started a Suspension question thread http://forums.s2ki.com/forums/showthread.p...uspension+setup
And then I read this and a couple people were dissing the "Jap $2000 Coilover setups". Maybe for there track use, there not as good but for mormal driving I think they would be okay.
