it's my cigarette, my marijuana, my distraction after a long day
agreed. unfortunately driving after work causes me stress as I take the 405 north to woodland hills which in laimans term means im on the freeway for 2 hours bumper to bumper traffic moving 0-10 mph before i get home (no exaggeration). So I too like my and I do enjoy weekend driving at nights through windy roads top down NO TRAFFIC STOMPING ON IT!!!!

Its therapy for life!

Its not unusual to go out for a quick weekend drive and end up 200+ miles away. Not planning on it but it just kinda happens. I never plan my routes, I just turn off on roads i've never been on before and next thing I know i'm in another state.

Anyone here use their car as stress relief after a long day at work? Anytime I'm stressed from work or just need a break from whatever, I hop in my car, top down, and go for a nice drive. The air, some redline shifts, VTEC, good music and some nice windy roads usually do the trick for me.
with everything but the music. I only use the radio when I need traffic news. There is nothing like spirited driving on the freeway at 2-3AM in the summer with the top down. I will surely miss it in the winter months.

Engine noise = music = my drug.
