That's not "snap oversteer". They both took a bad line and didn't slow down enough to hold the corner. If you watch you'll see that both of them hang their right rear wheel into the sand before they start to spin.

This is also what stood out to me in the video. (Although the first car to go into the sand, doesn't try to correct it, he just rides it out and doesn't spin)

Well the first guy ran off, and the second tried to over correct (from the looks of it) and "snapped" right, thus I called it snap oversteer.
