Thanks Ben, I am not going to post anymore on this subject and will take the heat for delayed orders and when you do this kind of stuff you are at the mercy of the manufacturer and when they give you a date of completion and don't deliver it runs downhill and I am left with a bad reputation, I have never
burned anybody and never will - The claim that I shipped a cap "Bent in Half" was made I just couldn't let that slide, How do you ship a cap bent in half anyway? It was an outrageous claim.
Anybody that knows me knows I am not going to do this!

Normally I would refrain from making comments but that is utter BS, I have NEVER not refunded if requested or shipped a damaged product and the only cap I am aware of that was delivered damaged by the postal service was replaced with a new cap and I asked the person making the claim to return the damaged cap and it was never returned to me for inspection. I suggest you get your facts straight before slandering somebody!
Nick
and my 4 week wait for an in stock product? I had to call and and email about 12 times before i actually got it. I dont see any jusification for it, especially when you said it was in stock. All ive got to say on it

I can supply the name of the customer in question with a bend product shipped to him and nothing done for him if requested. Id didnt say you were a bad guy, just posed my own experience, and a customers experience.

This customer ive known for a while, so i dont think he would lie to me for no reason. I PMed him a link to this post so he can clear up anything, or rule out any hearsay. I'll take myself out of the equation.

I suggest you fix your long shipping time before telling someone (me) that the product is instock ready to ship.

TB asked for current experiences, and i posted mine.

Thumbs down

I think all businesseseses <--sp experience some kind of hang ups from time to time.

Nick ran into a supply chain problem and did his best to make everything right with all of his clients.

If that folded cap was drop shipped from the producer of the product, then Nick had no idea of it and/or control over it.

I have followed some of the subsequent issues closely with local customers in the FL-FL forum and I have NEVER seen Nick not come through 100%.

This transaction has gone to PM. I sugeest we let the two parties decide if there is business to be done or not.

I always read or at least do some research before ordering from any company so when I placed the order I was fully prepared for a 4 week wait. It was no surprise, nor was I in any way angry when it came in *SURPRISE* 4 weeks. The fit and quality of this piece is awesome. Its very difficult to tell that its not factory and i often get asked where I bought the "rear bumper with single cutout". As I tell everyone that asks about it, if you don't mind the wait order this and don't look back! for a quality product!

Yup, my business is by no means perfect as well. The part i recieved was of good quality, and in good shape. No complaints there. The deceptive time frame for the product that i was told was in stock is my only gripe.
