Default '04 Bumper Conversion Q's

I'm planning on upgrading MY01 with the 2004 front end. I'm trying to make sure I have everything I need to do the conversion:

2004 Bumper
2004 Bumper grill
2004 Splash sheild retro kit
2004 Tow hook cover.

I'm assuming this is all bolt on?

I'm also planning on replace the hood/bumper seal as well.

I'm planning on ordering these parts through HardTopGuy.
Anything else needed or suggested?

Something to be aware of:
I have been told that the '04 bumper doesn't quite clear a couple of hard points on the frame. After a while, dimples will show through to the outside. Contact Poindexter about this. He has photos that show this. You have to grind something down to ensure this doesn't happen. Here is his "how to":

When you're done, can you tell us how well the new splash undertray fits and how tough it was to change?

If the aftermarket bumper was meant for a pre-'04, then I believe you are correct. Your undertray will extend too far forward. You'd have to cut it or get the 1st gen undertray. Before you go cutting or ordering one, you might see if anyone out there will want to trade with you.
If only I was sure about what I was going to do and if I lived in the U.S., I'd trade but I'm not sure if I'm going with an aftermarket or get an '04 bumper and lip from another owner. There are always owners with pre'04 cars looking to do the '04 bumper conversion.

This picture shows where you have to grind. Needs to be done on both sides.

Thanks X...

Im not sure whether I am gonna keep my 04 front end (you know, just in case!). In that case Ill have to buy the undertrays for the first gen. If I decide to sell it, I think I will work into the deal a swap for undertray parts too.

btw...are there ANY front ends designed specifically for the 04 yet???

Both Mugen and Amuse have bumpers for the post-'03 S2000s.
