You don't have much to worry about as long as you keep up with maintenance, 08-09 have the same F22 as 06-07. Check out this link to help with keeping your valve lash in check.

I bought a new engine block assy from honda for a 2009 year model.....and after 2000km all my main bearings were destroyed. Cause: rust on main bearings, probably bad material. Honda approved my replacement request and gave me a new engine. I hope this one lasts.

European spec 2009 f20c's do have a problem but I'm not sure what the cause of it was. Is your cars engine original?

nope...no knock. Engine is very consistant no clicking knocking from very cold to very hot, other than some little belt noise and injectors...
