Default 2.2 head/2.0 head

what are the differences in both heads, better valvetrain, cams, springs, etc? thanks for all the input. ive heard the cams are better in the 2.2 heads, but not really sure. thanks again

From what I have actually seen in person, the retainers are heavier in the 2.2 head.

Good question.

I know the duration is different because of the different rev limits and vtec engagements. The retainers are said to be stronger, and theirs a few other differences.

Yes, it fits. The part numbers are the same. The differances are as follows

AP2/AP1 Part description
Cams Both
14120-PZX-A00 14120-PCX-000 CAMSHAFT, EX.

Valve Springs Both
14762-PZX-A01 14762-PCX-003 SPRING, EX. VALVE

I was told the F22 has weaker valve springs. Can anyone confirm?
