Default 20 psi Turbo Engine Build

I just bought a 2001 vintage short block, and spent the morning dismantling it. The engine came from someone in Ohio. It had a busted #4 connecting rod and cracked oil pan. Number 4 cylinder has one good gash in the bore, but other than that, everything looks good for an engine buildup. I'm planning to have AEBS sleeves installed along with forged pistons and rods. I'll use the stock crank shaft. Other than the obvious such as 4 hole oil bolts, new studs and bearings, what else should I be considering. My goal will be 20 psi of boost, and whatever HP that gives. Any suggestions on brand of rods and pistons? Anything else I should consider? This will be a long term project, but I hope to be done by the end of the year.

Does anyone from Ohio know the history of this engine? There can't be that many 2001 broken engines in Ohio.

Ross pistons and Pauter rods with Darton sleeves. I really recommend if you go for turbo with a lot of psi.

Darton sleeves would be my second choice, but I'm going with the best - AEBS.

Does Darton have a sleeve for the f20c block s2000pr?

I checked last week and they said they need a block to do some R&D otherwise no off the shelf sleeve for this block atm.

The Toda kit has 'lower compression pistons' as an option because the kit increases compression drastically and the pistons help to bring it back towards stock. Otherwise you need to run it on race fuel. However the Toda setup with lower comression pistons is still higher compression than stock and not a good starting point for FI, let alone 20 psi FI.

I am going with AEBS as well as my local rebuilder are not sure if there thin sleeves will give the short block any extra strength at all

$400 a set without installation is what I got quoted from AEBS.
Does this sound right?

I think you will need to buy your AEM back too fperra.
I think Jenner had a fair problem controlling 750cc injectors with the EManage
