Default 2k miles a year - maintenance?

I've driven 3k miles in the last 2 years. What sort of maintenance should I be doing other than changing my oil at least every year? I keep my battery plugged into a battery tender, but am not sure what else I need to do to 'preserve' my car. Thanks!

Follow the time schedule for service not miles. IE coolant at 8 years instead of 105K.

Other then that, it would be wise to park the car on something other than concert. Get the tires on cardboard, carpet or something similar. Will stop the tires from getting dried out from sitting.

When you do drive it, drive it for a good 30 miles. Get everything nice and hot before you park it again.

Yep...change every fluid & filter, front to back.Add about 3psi to the tires and park it on 2 sets of rubber floor mats.
