Default 30k miles service

Is it worth paying for it or doing it myself?
If I do it myself what should I be careful with and what not?

Is anyone on the 30k mile mark or is it just me, it seems like it was yesterday that I've got my car

THANKS IN ADVANCE.

I second that. Don't let some idiot mess up your car and charge you up the ass for it.
