I think those are the shims and things that are needed for installation.

Good question. Here is the anwser, using the pic, the part numbers are as follows

1ea #10 PIECE, DISTANCE or Crush Sleave
1ea #28 BEARING ASSY.
1ea #29 BEARING ASSY.
1ea #31 OIL SEAL

There are two "Shims" that are supplied with the Gear set. They are the shims that were spec during the bench testing of the gear set at the manufacture.

We offer it more as an easy way to get the parts. Any Honda dealer can sell them to you, but they will have to be ordered where we have them stocked.

I suggest to get the additional kit from Rick's. It'll give you most of what you should be putting in anyways. Plus, it'll be all in one place. If you get those parts separately from your dealer, it will most likely cost more and the wait will be unbearable.

How many miles have you done on your car?
You might consider getting the bearing label 30 on the above diagram. You can get them from the hardopguy for a good price.

Nah..forget about what I mentioned before.
You will NEED the OEM installation kit though.
Rick's price is very good.

I made a mistake for being tooo stingy/budget orientated in car mods and did not get the kit. I am ordering mine with hardtopguy at the moment.
You will regret it and will be charge 2x freight fees if you don't get it now. Luckily I still need a few more things from hardtopguy anyway and the extra freight did not make any difference.
Good luck

Yes, the car gets up and moves faster. I know mine does.
