Before you do anything, I would take a good look at your installation of the diff from the outside! I mean your half shafts and drive shaft. Make sure all the bolts ars still there including the diff mounts forwards and rearwards!
I have the 4.57's and the Comptech reinforced diff with about 2000 miles on them and I haven't experienced any problems yet. Just a slight gear whine at around 60 mph but not very noticeable at all. Good luck on your findings.

Thanks to everyone trying to help me out. The shake is coming from the rear only when getting on a highway ramp, the long turn on the gas is when most of the shaking is going on. Very hard, quick, shake. Makes the rear view blurry.
AusS2000 Yes it is most on right turns, not at all straight ahead, some on left turns.
I have to get my CV's checked out.
So everyone knows my car is Comptech SC, And it does have the reinforced diff.
You'll need to do a bit of "Sherlock Holmes" on this one. It could be a CV, but it could also be a pinion shaft bearing (outer). This is possibly the next weakest link.
