Default 50HP gain for about $400!

Anyone have any ideas on how I can do this? I only have $400 in my penny jar and want to put it to good use.

Seriously, if you want to go faster, take off parts you don't need. My Lotus has 50hp less than the s2k but will smack the crap out of it.

Things to remove to save weight:

1. Exhaust and cat = Save 50lbs and sounds loud
2. Doors and windows save 75 pounds + it works for the UPS man
3. Bumper reinforcement beams = 50lbs = Crashing was so 80's
4. Passenger seat = 25lbs
5. Carpet & sound deadening = 40lbs - If you want a quiet ride get a Maybach
6. Spare tire = 25lbs = It's called a "spare" because you don't need it. You should also remove spare fuses.
