Default 91 nsx springs

Hey my friend has some 91 NSX springs because he got new shocks/springs on his nsx. And I was wondering if they would fit on my beater (89 honda accord LX). And if they would, if it was easy to do the swap our selfs. And if you could tell me what is involved in doing it. And it would deffinitly lower the car right? No way it would raise it? I don't know. Any help is appreciated.

How about if someone could just tell me whats involved in changing the springs on a car. I want to know if I can do it myself.
