Default ABS light on, but EPS light blinks when jumping OBD2 pins

My ABS light is on, and ABS does not work. EPS light is not on. Jumping pins 4 and 9 on the OBD2 connector results in the EPS light flashing and the ABS light staying solid. What codes am I getting - ABS or EPS? The codes are 22 and 34 if it makes a difference. If these are actually EPS codes, why is my ABS light not blinking any codes?

Small update: went to a small indy shop to see if they could scan it and the result was "no communication". I don't know if it was his scanner or if the module is dead or what. Fuses are good. I guess I'll have to make the trek to the Honda dealer and see if they turn anything up.

Did you end up figuring out what caused this? my 04 is now doing the same, ABS light on, EPS light is off, but EPS blinks code 22 and when scanned (snap-on scanner) it says no communication.

Yep, I figured it out but forgot to update the thread. It was a blown fuse, but it was NOT the fuse that's labeled ABS. That's what screwed me up. I believe the fuse that popped was labeled for power mirrors or something like that, but it also serves the ABS system. Hope your fix is that easy. I went through the hassle of changing the ABS pump and module like an idiot before I found out about that other fuse.

What is is fuse in the cabin or under the hood? Thanks for updating. This will definitely help as I was about to swap the pump and module as well

I can't remember where it was located but I do remember that it was definitely for the power mirrors. I remember they stopped working but my windows and locks were fine. I think it was in the cabin, but can't say for sure. Just check the labels for the power mirror fuse.
