ABS Light on Solid?
I did some work on my car, basically cosmetic changes.
I have been installing an audio system. I ran a new power wire from the battery so the battery was disconnected. I also did a CAI, so I had the left front wheel off. I also cleared my headlights so I had the front of the car apart. Now I am getting a solid ABS light. I checked both fuses listed in the Helm manual, and they appear fine. The Helm manual also talked about checking the connector on the ABS module. I did not check these yet, but I don't see how the problem could be there as I did not do anything is this area.
Any suggestions?

Since you had the left front wheel off and the front of the car apart it is possible that you damaged wiring to the ABS sensors in the front wheels. Take the wheel off again and carefully check the ABS wiring (thin wire leading to the center fo the hub). If that's not it, sounds like a trip to a qualified mechanic is in order to troubleshoot this problem for you. The ABS system is an important safety item and I would want it working properly (it saved my butt a couple of times already
).

Thanks guys. That was pretty much my thinking too. I only drove it around the block a couple of times to see if I would get a CEL from the CAI (I did not, at least not yet!
)
Coral, thanks for describing the wire to the hub, that will be helpful.

Good news. I am an idiot. Ok, mabey that's not the best news ever, but my car is OK.
Turns out that I had disconnected the right front ABS sensor when I was trying to remove the headlights because I though it was connected to the lights. When I put the car back together I must have missed the sensor. I just checked and sure enough it was not connected. I hooked it back up, and fired up the car. ABS light goes off just like it's 'posed to.
Thanks for your help guys!

Is your car still under warrantee?
There are two fuses. One under the hood and one under the dash. The under hood one is marked as ABS the one under the dash is for the R/C Mirrors. Check both fuses.
The connectors for the wheel sensors for the front wheels are near the headlight assy's and the plastic is orange.
You could also take it to the dealer to have the code read. It will point you to which sensor is reporting faulty.
