Default accel/decel pulls

I just bought a 2000 S2k and had it checked by a honda dealership, it passed with flying colors, has a clean title, and only 22K miles. All around sweet condition, as to be expected.

After driving a couple days (on wet pavement, in rain) I have notice that it has a little pull to the left under hard acceleration and little pull to the right when i let of the gas. Otherwise it tracks perfectly straight down the road.

Is this normal handling, is it due to the wet? Or is there and issue?

Have you checked the tire pressures? If the rear tire pressure is not the same on both sides the car will behave as you've described.

If the tire pressure is OK, check the tire type, size, and condition. Mismatched tires could also cause the car to pull.

If the tires are not at fault, have the alignment checked.

sometimes when I brake hard my car pulls a little to one side. I checked tire pressure and had an alignment done. I think it has something to do with the roads since it doesn't do this all the time.

The steering will give you a certain amount of "feedback," especially when breaking hard on an irregular surface.

I still need to check the tire pressure, but it is not when using the brake just putting the gas on or letting off the gas. No braking involved in the issue.

Remember most roads are slightly slanted as well to help drain off water which will usually cause slight pulling towards one way or another.
