Adjusting coilover
I know these are not S2000 coilovers but, does anyone know how to properly adjust these type of coilover? Should it be lower\highered from spindle #1 or #2? Wtih this type of coilover, it can be lowered or highered from either location.
Number 1 is for ride height only.
Number 2 is for spring preload, which stiffens or softens the ride. You should use a ruler to measure from ring two to the top ring on the shock, and make them exactly the same.
Once in the car, use ring 1 to set the wheel gaps equal.

To adjust ring two, to make it softer would require you to spin it down. You should adjust ring 2 so that it dosn't have any load or compression of the springs. Adjust it until you can move the spring around, then tighten it back up until it is barely compressing the spring.
