has anyone added this to their aem cai? on the wholesale hyperperformance site,it's available as add on to protect from water getting in.i only use car for weekends. any input would be appreciated.

Most here don't use it myself included. Unless your driving through standing water it does nothing. See the sticker on the AEM pipe. Light rain....no problem....downpour....don't VTEC. I am only aware of one person who has hydro-locked their car and they started it in 4 inches of standing water on the drivers side parked against a curb in Hawaii. I should note that his car was also slammed pretty low two.
