what type of air filter replacement do guys recommend for my AEM cia?

installed the CAI back in July so I figure it

Am I missing something here? The AEM filter is cleanable and re-useable. Why do you want to replace it?
That being said, I didn't use the one that came with the AEM. I put the JR filter at the end of the pipe. The pipe needed to be "built up" a bit to make it thicker so the JR could fit on it. The JR has 37 sq. inches more filter area than the stock AEM so I figured this can't be bad.

 

Just blow from inside out with compressed air, then re-oil it. You don't even need to remove the front bumper to get to the filter - just the underside panel directly underneath it.

Thanks guys my thoughts were that the orig aem filter prolly wasn't to good (not too sure) and i wanted to upgrade to something a little better..
