Default Alignment HELPPP!

hey guys i have a 2001 ap1 with 90k on it. i went to get an alignment today and this happened...they cant get any less camber then -2.6 degrees on the rear.

what do i do? how do this get fixed?

Also my rear toe is off the charts... each side is .65 because he could not get this side any lower either. he just made the other side match for right now.

If you're lowered you will have issues. However, I've been slammed and never had any issue getting my toe in. You have to spin the back bolt (camber) and the one more towards the front of the car (toe) in the opposite direction. If you try to set them independently it will never be right. Do you have Honda doing the alignment or a side shop?

it was a side shop, it was just tires. the guy that worked there is real nice and is always willing to help me out with it. he tried multiple things. does those tabs being bent have anything to do with it? i was told it pushes against the ovular adjuster to actually make the adjustment. i am about to get a different suspension setup this week anyhow, the car will be getting raised up but i am still agitated about this. the problem is even at the peak point of the tab pressing against the side the camber didnt move...it doesnt make any sense. the guy that does mine did his friends s2000 that has -4.5 degrees camber in the rear. he is familiar with it.

I did notice a "phantom" spot in mine when I was doing mine a few months ago. It only occurred for the camber/ rear adjuster and if the toe adjustment was in this one certain spot it wouldn't change camber. However, toe was way out. That tab won't matter since you'll probably be maxing out on the one pictured to the right. Do you have three ears on both those cam spots? The pic of the toe adjustment (pic 1) doesn't look like it just has one the back.

I'd slightly heat it and bend it back. If it breaks then move to welding.

alright thanks. my plan was to heat it and bend it back and then put a tack weld on the outside of it so the tab does not bend back over.

I was aligning my MY00 last night & couldn't get the right rear camber to anything less than 2.0 with toe within spec. left rear was fine with -1.6 & perfect toe.. I ended up settling with evening it out at -2.0 camber & 0.21/0.25 toe for the rear.. I was really hoping to get it back to at least -1.8, but at that camber the toe was crazy like 1.1 degree or some ish.
I suppose with 130k on original parts on a MY00 I can deal with it & just get more "hellaflush" as the years and miles count up

I'm interested in how things go with yours, I'll stay tuned!
