As you can see in the first photo the alignment looks fine, but in the second photo there is much more tyre and wheel visible on the left hand side than the right.

The first pic was -1 camber in the rear, and the second pic is - 2.5.
Both sides have identical camber, and I know this as I was given the sheet with the results after the alignment was done.
Offset and wheel widths are identical.

Is there a possibility they did not calculate the camber correctly?

I also thought that the car could be higher on on side possibly, or that maybe something else is the issue. The car drives perfectly, it's just bugging me...
Any suggestions would be most welcome.

are you sure the car wasn't spun and crashed before?

Positive, there is no structural damage.
It seemed to happen after the second alignment was done. But with -2.5 negative camber the right wheel should look much more angled.

And rear toe?

Besides... maybe the 2 subframes are not exactly in the middle of the chassis.
That way the alignment is perfect but the wheels are not "aligned" to the chassis.

Is it drives ok (left turn in is the same as right turn in, etc) and the tire wear stays equal its ok.

Rear toe stayed the same from the previous alignment, 1mm toe in on each side

No ideas or opinions matter in topics of alignments. Bottom line is whats the print out say? I do alignments daily and every client gets a print out. OR if your clueless, you dont ask for one and bro working on your car just sets "toe n go".

Id ask for a print out. They always show before and after.

The print out has identical alignments for both sides. I asked for -2.5 camber and 2mm total toe in on the rear and that's what the print out says I have.

No wheel spacers are installed, although I do have driveshaft spacers.

Ok well that is good. I dont feel proud admitting this but there are some techs out there that get lazy and move the sensors until they are within spec and hit print.. I'm not dissing wherever you take your S, just a thought.

IMO i think its just the way you are looking at it, or you are making yourself crazy lol. For reassurance, Id bring it to a different place or same place for alignment and ask to watch.
