Alignment question

Yeah, I was a little irritated even before the alignment situation. I made an appointment at a Honda dealership, they ordered the tires for me and everything, and then when I got there they let me know that they don't do alignments in-house, but if I wanted them to, they could send it to Goodyear down the street.

Why wouldn't the guy tell me that when I told him on the phone that I would need an new tires and an alignment?

But since it was so far out of whack before the alignment (I could see it just by looking at it), I didn't feel safe driving it around and just wanted it fixed, so I agreed to it.

+1 one for something bent
In the UK we do see these adjusters seizing and preventing adjustment to in spec.
Get them to check the full travel of the rear adjusters as well.
Either way looks like new wishbones IMHO
