Default alignment went wrong, missing a part

I went to get an alignment today and the guy told me the thing to adjust it in front was missing. Only the passenger side was missing. I don't know what it adjusted because I didn't ask. Does anyone know what the part number number it is or what it is called?
Thank you.

The cam? You are not being very specific here. I am assuming its the camber cam.

Yeah, you need the camber cam. Just buy #19 and you should be ok.

They should still be able to align the car without it, it just makes it more work.

Is there a cam on the other side?
If not then it's not an original bolt as one cam is part of the bolt.

Bottom row, left one (without the mini hacksaw ) & middle one.
Also, why is the tab - the right one in your 2nd picture - flattened?
If its just the cam that's missing you need to put that tab upright, like in the top picture.
The cam should not have much play between tabs.

What do you mean? I'm sorry I'm a squid, I'm not understanding what you are saying.
What parts do you think I need to order along with #19? Should I replace that part that is bent also? Thank you for helping me out along w/ the pictures =)

The tabs are spotwelded to the subframe.
You can't order them.
The spotweld is also why you don't want to hammer them too much to get one of the tabs upright.
If it breaks off you have to get it welded again.
If the tab is not welded to the subframe the cam is not moving the bolt to align the car, just like it is now.

The cam at the side of the hex head of the bolt is part of the bolt.
In my picture:
- bottom row left picture, on the left you see the hex head.
- bottom row middle picture - the left side of the bolt is the fixed cam & hex head

If it's there it's an OEM bolt, if it's not.. it's not an OEM alignment bolt.

The tabs are there for cam positioning and the tension is held together via the locknut. If your shop is good, they'll realize that and find a way to get the alignment done without the need to fold the tab back in.

SpitfireS mentions a good point. If you can't tell the difference, just order the whole assembly including part #'s 19, 25, and 30.
