Default Alignment Woes

I was wondering if there were any suspension techs here that could help me out. I just had an alignment done yesterday to the OEM Honda UK specs and found out that my left rear camber cannot adjust farther than 1.11 degrees. The right side is fine. I had previously spun off course into some mud and I'm afraid I tweaked something in the suspension that would not allow a full camber adjustment. I had already replaced the lower A-arm, but don't know how to diagnose what other parts need replacing.

This may not be applicable to you, but I had a similar problem. My mechanic could not get my front right caster adjusted to more that 4.8 degrees (OEM is around 6.0 degrees). He insisted that it would not adjust any further. However, I went to another shop, and found out that the previous mechanic was turning the adjuster the wrong way. He had it turned all the way to the lowest amount of caster, "and it just wouldn't turn any more".
