Default Amuse Rom Ecu

I tried searching, to no avail, so ill just ask here

Will the Amuse Rom Ecu work on USDM S2Ks? Since it is a JDM product, im wondering if it would be compatible with the USDM cars we have?

I heard you can enter a coner with faster speeds with it. Is this true?

How will an ecu make you corner faster?

I'm sure to get the most benefit out of it you would have to have the amuse header and exhaust. And whatever intake they use (mugen?). Their engine also has a higher comperssion ratio than the USDM one I think.

Kane was being funny.

in order for someone to get the full benefit of that ECU you'd have to run cooling mods such as a Mugen thermostat, fanswitch and rad cap.

Basically that thing will raise the redline 200 rpms and lower vtec engagement by 200 rpms. it'll also have more aggressive timing so you probably won't pass emissions.

haha, like .5 pounds lighter than usdm ecu

yea, ill be adding supporting mods (i/h/e) along with the Amuse ECU, but will I need the JDM s2k pistons? since they're higher compression than the usdm.........

or run a slightly thinner head gasket, that will also raise your compression.
