My clutch pedal feels somewhat spongy 1st half of the way down. When going into 1st from neutral at dead stop it grids. Any other gear I don't have issues. Reverse doesn't grind. It has always been grinding doing from 2nd to 1st, but not from neutral at a stop. Possible clutch slave/master cyilder problem? I put in a new clutch a few thousand miles ago. If I don't hold the brake down there is a little pop forward once I get the shifter into 1st even when the clutch pedal is on the floor. Any insight would be great.
