Default Another Clutch Question....

70,000 miles, clutch fluid resivoir (sp) is full but dirty, fluid never changed.
Never been raced or abused.
When I throw the clutch down to shift it feels fine, but when lifting off the pedal I get a squeak and rumbly feel when engaging the car in first gear, the other gears are fine from a shifting perpsective and while the car is moving... any suggestions Under the Hood Gurus?

Step one: Flush out the old clutch fluid with new clutch fluid and bleed the slave cylinder of ALL air.
Step two: See this thread: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=370792

Take the slave off and check the ball on the end for grease. And replace the fluid too.
