The split lockwasher goes on the large allen headed bolt that attaches the bracket to the block.

The other collar goes on the body side bolt with the narrow side towards the heim joint.

Actually I finally got it. My last question is how do you get the bolt to thread back onto the fuse box? The J's strut bar does have a hole there for that purpose, but it is not threaded.

He was able to get his on.......

BNB you have the ETD installed backwords...Its suppose to go the other way. When you tighten everything down it will straighten out, thus no issues/problems.

You use a nut on the back side of the bracket to for the fuse box hold down.
