Im having trouble getting the cam chain sprocket loose.... Im having a hard time getting leverage on it. anyone have any tips on getting this thing loose?

also, anyone know the exact size allen for the bolt? Im sure the one im using is right i just want to double check, also if anyone knows the allen size for the 2 allens at the very front of the head.....
