Do the AP2 front lips fit onto the AP1

and if not, is there anything to be done to make them ( does it still look clean)

ap2 lips won't go on ap1. you'll have to convert bumpers. check it out.conversion link

ap1's have more lip choices. ap2 can only use the oem and mugen so far. choose wisely.

Yes, the bumper can be fitted with minor modification. Go to the "FAQs" at the top of Technical and you can find a thread outlining all sorts of retrofits.
