I recently was in an accident and had to replace my passenger side headlight. I replaced it with another 2001 AP1 headlight. When adding back in the old bulbs and re-attaching the ballast, I noticed that the ballast ground wire attachment is different.

On my old headlight, there is only one place to attach the ground wire for the HID projector / low beam. On the new headlight, there are two ground attachment points. One is larger, and the ground wire from the ballast fits correctly on, and the other ground is smaller.

I'm unsure what this one would be used for. Any Ideas?
