took it to the mechanic, he tested my fuel pump; he says it's supposed to be pushing ~50 psi, and close to 60 under WOT.
it...was dropping to around 20. i'm gonna replace it now, and see what happens.
i know you said you replaced the fuel pump; with a stock unit? was it new or used?
Thanks for the reply!
and yes i replaced it with a brand new one, you think i should check fuel pressure?, haha FYI heads up be patient if your changing the fuel pump yourself its a REALLY tight fit, as far as your question goes; i have a hint that i might? be the fuel filter, when i removed the pump i didn't see the "sock/filter" on the end of it. however this doesn't explain strong smell of gas..?

Thanks for the Reply!
i was trying to do research and just found came to confused people talking about pulling the ignition coil out while engines running, some people say older cars are fine some say its not.. any insight? could i pull the coil while engines running? would it be safe for the S?
my conclusion are bad coil? i just ordered 2 to swap around, is there anyway to test injectors?

Bad Grounds do sound possiable i know there Is a grounding point right next to the ECU IE driver side, however are there any other "small" major ground locations someone can let me know to check, something might be loose.,

If its only at idle try cleaning the IAC valve; it takes 10minutes from your day. Very easy to do. after I cleaned mine I had to reset the ECU because my car would not stop idling like it had a GIANT vacuum leak. After I reseted it. It ran awesome and it never bogs at idle or low RPM no more

sadly is isn't just at idle, it's throughout all revs
