Good luck on a replacement part!

Correct part number is 53101-S2A-A02. Not sure the difference between A02 and A03 but all the parts sites state A03 will not fit cars earlier than 2002. Should work if A03 superseded A02 but I don't see that note anywhere.

I'd get additional confirmation before spending $600 on a part that won't work and may not be returnable.

The updated one A02 and A03 will work with AP1.

I ordered a GS1F3212Y, I'll let you know if it works. If it does then we have a cheaper alternative. This is the torque sensor for a Mazda 6 that's sold in UAE. It's exactly like our torque sensor.

Torque sensor assembly.
I saw the title "torque converter" and thought, now this is going to be interesting. Never seen an S2000 with auto transmission.

Only to be disappointed! Torque sensor.
