Why would you want to though? Believe they will fit(someone correct me if wrong) but AP2 flywheel is MUCH heavier and no benefit getting the AP2 clutch over AP1.

They will fit, but the AP2 flywheel is heavier - it will change how quickly your rpm rise and fall on their own. It will also cause slip at high rpm unless you put in a stronger pp.

I will be testing that. I have a AP1 S2000, I just put in a F22, so I have a 21 lb. flywheel compared to 14 lbs. I do not think 7 pounds is significant enough to cause the issue of clutch slip, but we will see. I have a Exedy stock OE replace disc new* in there so I will see how long I get good use out of the setup.

^Should have just put the AP1 flywheel in when doing it. Or did you want the heavy flywheel for some reason?

The reason being no tests have been done to confirm that the AP2 flywheel is what causes the disc to wear more, the CDV could not have been properly manufactured by Honda and that could attribute to disc wear, and it lets the pressure ( delay ) on the one side and make the disc grab later. With no proof I will not believe what people say about the Ap2 flywheel causing issues.

Besides causing issues it is a ton heavier than AP1 flywheel. Nice upgrade to change out to the lighter one. Just was asking why you wouldn't want to.

Yeah, those are my reasons and 7 lb's again is no biggie.
