Thumbs down AP2 Control arms on AP1?!?!?!

Hey guys,

Ive already done a search, ive found a couple threads but didnt really quite get an answer.

I found out that my control arm bushings are cracked resulting in a nasty clanking noise throughout my whole suspension (metal on metal).

A buddy of mine has a whole control arm set from an AP2 (i believe from an 06 model)

I was just wondering if the control arm set from an AP2 will fit on an AP1.

Thanks in advance.

Hey there,

Is it the front or rear?

There won't be a problem with the front, but the rear is different.

Regards,

The front is the same. The rear the AP2 lowers are the same and the uppers are differant. So is the rear sub frame. So you can't use AP2 uppers without changing the rear subframe.
