I'm sure it would be straightforward, but...why?

PS - I'm sure you mean "chassis"

If you use your stock fuel line, you'll have to cut a small tab off so it fits the AP2 rail. Very easy.

I think that's it

The wiring harness are the same. 00-01 is the recommended ecu.

oh really? the harnesses are the same? then why would anyone run the ap1 ecu on an ap2 motor?

9 grand redline!

the head is designed to breathe past 8000RPM and honda cut the redline due to the added crank diameter in the 2.2L version. Restoring that extra RPM gives more power as the engine still makes plenty of torque that high.

now, you do realize honda lowered the redline for a reason. the longer crank diameter and shorter rods mean additional side loading on the block as well as higher piston speeds at a given RPM due to the longer stroke.

yes i'm very well familiar with that. and the engineering/phsyics behind the lower redline on the f22's. that's why i was asking why anyone would want an ap1 ecu. i'm sure the motor won't grenade itself @ 9k but i'd be more "comfortable" revving it to 8000-8500 as it was meant to be. if it were just for performance and **** reliability... take that bitch to 9500+
