Default AP2 Oil Filters...

I have an '05 that's due for an oil change.

I was curious as to what brands and model numbers you guys are using on your AP2s out there?

There are a number of old threads related to filters for AP1s, but I'm assuming that the same won't necessarily apply for our 2.2L blocks.

Can anyone chime in for me please?

you assume incorrectly. the same applies to the ap2 as does the ap1.

use the Honda PCX filter. it was made specifically for the S2000's oil filter requirements.

If you shop at a Honda dealer parts department, ask for the PCX-004 oil filter. If you ask for an oil filter for a S2000, you may come out with the wrong filter. Good luck!
