AP2 won't start, desperately in need of HELP (located in Bay Area)

Rule out the injectors firing by removing one, plug it in, point it into something (small soda bottle, etc) crank engine briefly, see if it fires.

The last thing that happens with a Hondata FlashPro upload is all the dash lights turn on (like first thing in the morning starting the car) and the fuel pump turns on -- you should be able to hear the fuel pump activate.
I was impatient doing this the first time and aborted an upload. Car was completely dead. Suppressed the panic panic and reloaded again. Dash lights and fuel pump. Good to go.
Also be sure the calibration is actually being loaded to the car ECU, not just the FlashPro.

You said you're not getting the green key light? That would probably mean something is wrong with the immobilizer perhaps?
My 350z had a faulty immobilizer where it would crank and crank but would not start. I imagine without it being a common problem that I knew about it would have been a rather expensive fix trying to search for fuel and spark. Might consider taking it to the dealership to troubleshoot from that aspect and reset the ecu.

UPDATE: I was able to start the car for 3-4 seconds with a very rough idle and 4 INJECTOR CLIPS UNPLUGGED. What I did was unbolt the fuel rail and dislodge injectors from the block. All of the injectors were still connected to the rail at this point. Then one of the injectors disconnected from the rail and fuel started gushing out. I thought I messed something up so I quickly put the injectors and fuel rail back where it was. As the fuel was gushing out some of it seeped into the injector hole. Could this be the reason why it was able to start briefly?
Also I am getting some kind of burning smell mixed with gasoline fumes when I try to crank. This just started happening last night after I disconnected fuel line to check for pressure and then took out the fuel pump fuse and tried to crank with starter fluid.
Thoughts?

Sounds like the car wants to start from the video. Pull out the spark plugs and let the gasoline in the chamber dry out and try again. Next time try to start the car while holding the gas pedal all the way down so the engine can breathe (don't redline it cold though, let go as soon as it fires).
FYI: fuel coming out of the injector indicates that at least one injector works. You can go back and pull out the fuel rail and confirm ALL injectors are working to be sure and give it a go.
Just read the title that you're in the Bay Area. If you decide to take the car to someone, have a talk with Rcrew.

I don't think you're programming the ECU.
Pretty sure my '06 dash display has a lot more activity during a FlashPro upload. Typically the dash lights "go crazy." Yours ain't even flickering. But it's been months since I did one.
Try loading to the FlashPro and then loading to the ECU via the Program button.

Super grateful and a big thanks to everyone who helped!
Glad it worked!
There may be a slightly different procedure to load the FlashPro vs loading the ECU. All my Gernby FlashPro road tunes (maybe 75 diagnostic tunes) were loaded via the laptop. As was the final tune with the 3600 rpm VTEC and related settings.
I think!
