April 2005 Honda Express tech
I would scan it but as a journalist I observe copyright laws.
Here is a summary:
"In humid conditions, with the A/C on and running at max speed, water drips on the passenger's carpet. Affected vehicles are all 2000-'01 S2000's."
The probable cause is is that when the fan is maxed out, water condensed in the evaporator can blow into the heater. The heater does not have a drain valve to dispose of the water, it colects on the bottom of the heater, and can elak from the heater housing lower seam. That seam needs to be sealed.
There is then a description of the parts needed and procedure to break the old seal, and use Dow Corning 111 silicone paste to re-seal.
If you guys are having the problem, I can type up the lengthy procedure, or perhaps a friendly Honda Parts dude or dudette will share the Issue 15 Expresstech.
