Default Axle Nut Click

So I went into the dealership today to find out about the rear axle nut clicking TSB (you know, the one that requires packing with grease and retorquing) but they claim it is not a recognized issue in Canada, only the US. They even told me there are NO TSBs or recalls on MY02. Could this be true?

I suppose it's not so bad having to spend the money to have the nuts pulled off and retorqued, but I just want to make sure they aren't incompetent.

There is no TSB on the axle nut, only a service news article. They most likely ran a VIN status on you car and found no incomplete recalls that needed to be done.
