Once the axle has been pulled out a bit to install two piece spacers, and the upper A arm is out of the mount, in which order should the bolts be tighethened? Should the axle bolts be tightened, then the arm reinserted and tightened? Or put the arm back in and hand tighten, then tighten the axle bolts.
