Default BACK UP, ACC Fuse 54 ?

I have a parasitic drain of about 380 milliamps and found that when I pull the BACK UP, ACC 30 amp fuse 54 in the engine compartment it drops to an acceptable 40 milliamps
I then put fuse 54 back and proceeded to pull ALL the fuses from the under-dash fuse panel. The parasitic drain is still there and only goes away when I pull fuse 54 in the engine compartment

(not a picture of my car or fuse panel, just for reference)

Does anyone know exactly what the fuse is connected to?
I searched and read that it is connected to under-dash fuses:
22 radio
23 dash lights -door lock controls tail lights
24 interior light / trunk light
25 ECM/immobilizer light
26 trunk solenoid
27 daytime running light
and confirmed it as most of these are not working when fuse 54 is pulled

can anyone shed some light on this? or provide a wiring diagram?
I am sure it is something simple and I am hoping it may be my aftermarket anti-theft device
oh yeah I have an '08
thanks!

That fuse feeds the interior fuse numbers 24 and 25 (both 7.5a). I would check for the parasitic draw after pulling each of those (one at a time of course).

I pulled both of those fuses and draw is still there
Does anybody with a 08-09 Helms manual have this info?

Thanks
