Bad flywheel?
Someone cut that flywheel, and in the process cut down the dowel pins.
If you want to use it, you'd have to get new dowel pins. From the hammer marks, I'd re-cut it to be sure it's true.
bottom line, I'd toss that thing in the garbage.

The Billman250 is right, what a crap job. Honda has a 2 step flywheel allot of machine shops do not know this and perform a job like this
This is what it should look like
Find your self a good used AP1 flywheel ($75.00) and start over, good luck
