It's about time you changed them out.

How many miles on them?

look how rounded the center electrodes are, I bet the gaps had opened up well over the .051" service limit a long time ago, as the center electrodes wore down. My factory plug gaps were over the service limit by 55k miles. There's a good deal of gas leakage on those plugs too, the internal seals leaked a good bit.

I hate the idea of 100k mile plugs because people just leave them in there forever and you don't get to see issues like this for a long time.If you are going to run the same plugs for 100k miles just do a simple inspection on them every 1-2 years.

How old and how many miles on these plugs ?

Im not really for sure on the plugs.
I dont think they are factory.
There is 106000 miles on the car.
I bought the car used with 95000.

The car started puttering mostly at take off and rough idle and then check engine light came on: Misfire 1, 3, 4.

So, replaced the plugs.

ah cool, good to know. I'd bet they might be the factory plugs, those are the correct plugs and they look like they might be in the range of 100k miles, since that is what they were rated for. I can see them sputtering alright, the gaps would be really big, good that you got them swapped out.
