Default Batter is dead car won't move....

Alright here's the deal. Didn't drive my car for a week and today when I went to take it out the battery is completely drained. Nothing lights up at all. So I went to put the e-brake down and push the car out of the garage so I can jump it. The car doesn't budge one bit. I've had my battery drained before in the past but I could easily move it with the e-brake down. Something else happened this time and it won't budge. Anyone know what's going on?

If the ebrake is functional and goes releases, the only other thing I can think of is it's in gear.

sometimes when you dont drive you car for a bit the ebrake will cause the pad to stick (rust) to the rotor. rock the car back and forth to see if you can get it to break free.

This is especially true if you just washed it, or the rotors got wet when/since you last parked it. Personally, I would not use the parking brake if I parked it for that long, especially outdoors. I'd rather just put it in gear and if I'm on a hill, stick something in front of the tires.
